1. General
- These terms apply to all guests staying at the guest house.
- Management reserves the right to change or update terms without prior notice.
2. Booking & Payment
- Advance booking is mandatory.
- 50% to 100% advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
- Room tariffs may vary during peak season, festivals, or special occasions.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 10:00 AM
- Check-out time: 9:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract extra charges.
4. Cancellation
- Cancellation made 24 hours before check-in is eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellation made within 24 hours of check-in is non-refundable.
5. Guest Responsibility
- Illegal activities and misbehavior are strictly prohibited.
- Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
